Who are we?

We’re a small group of fitness experts based in Buckinghamshire committed to improving the health and well-being of our clients. In addition to selling vibration plates, we provide training and consultations of the benefits of vibration training to gymnasiums, sports clubs and health care professionals

The information we collect about you

​We collect information about you in order to provide you with the best possible experience of using our website. To do this we track identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Our website, hosted by Prominent Media, also uses Cookies, a text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. A cookie contains anonymised data about how you use our website. This can help us improve our website and deliver a more personalised service for you.

If you order from us, we store you name, address, telephone number and email. Your banking data is processed by external commerce providers, Sage and Elavon. We do not record or store your banking information.

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, your email and name will be stored by our third party service provider.

Your personal information is kept for no longer than is necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. You can request us to amend our records or to be erased from our records under certain circumstances at any time.

All our electronic data is protected by a password and access to information is restricted. Our security systems are kept updated and our passwords are changed regularly.

How do we dispose of your data?

Your electronic records will be deleted from our system after 8 years.

How to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (ICO)

Whether the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract, as well as whether you are obliged to provide the personal data and the possible consequences of failing to provide such data.
